This brand new Datsun brake booster and 7/8" master cylinder assembly is a high-quality, compact upgrade designed for Datsun 510, 1600, 180B, 120Y, and similar models. Based on the factory 180B/120Y “small can” booster, this complete kit is ideal for engine conversions such as SR20 and FJ20 where clearance is limited.

Both the brake booster and master cylinder are brand new and arrive fully pre-assembled with a reduced thickness spacer and extended mounting studs for easy installation. This kit fits Datsun 510/1600 models with minimal modification required – the only change needed is to re-drill the factory brake pedal 18mm below the original clevis pin hole to align with the pushrod.

Available in Disc/Disc, Disc/Drum, and Booster-Only configurations. Please choose your setup when ordering.

⚠️ Note: Due to the manufacturing process where each half is powder coated separately and then pressed together, minor surface imperfections may be present. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance or operation of the brake booster.
